Timeshare Relief 360

The staff at Timeshare Relief is proud to participate in Lee National Denim Day. This charity organization is holding one of the largest single-day fundraisers in the fight against breast cancer next month.

Torrance, CA (September 10, 2008) Employees at Timeshare Relief will proudly wear and display their denim on October 6th.  This day won’t be like any other day because the denim won’t just be worn for comfort, it will also be worn to bring the focus to an important cause.   The successful fundraiser is in its thirteenth year in its fight against breast cancer.  The employees are excited to be a part of the grassroots program that has collected more than $70 million for breast cancer research.

Timeshare Relief employees taking part in the fundraiser are expected to put on some denim in exchange for a $5 contribution to the Women’s Cancer Programs of the Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF).  The money raised by the efforts will be used to help fund potentially effective treatments and early discovery efforts to combat breast cancer.  Money collected will also be used to help raise money for the grassroots advocacy work of the National Breast Cancer Coalition.

David MacMillan, the President of Timeshare Relief, said that they are always finding new and interesting ways that the employees can help raise money for charitable organizations.  He said that Lee National Denim Day ranked as one fundraising event that was fun and easy to participate in.  Everybody gets to have fun wearing jeans to work that day and they get a $5 donation to put toward efforts to stop breast cancer. Plus, the money goes to a cause that many of the employees really believe in.
