Timeshare Relief websiteTimeshare Relief unveiled a newly redesigned website just recently.  The website can be found at the homepage, http://www.TimeshareRelief.com.

The first big update is the new, quick-cut video on the home page.  It shows some of the people that work hard to make sure that each one of our clients is taken care of and that all their timeshares are properly transferred.  There’s an underlying passion to serve our clients and the timeshare industry.  This passion fuels the company with purpose and some would say, joy.  So, the atmosphere at the office is fun and enjoyable.  We hope that comes through on the video.

The redesigned company web portal also provides an improved layout that should help timeshare owners quickly find the information that they are looking for.  The menu bar has the following items: Home, Timeshare Relief, Testimonials, Our Team, FAQs, Charities, News, Webinar.  Check out all of them by clicking on each link.

You’ll also find a contact information form on the right side.  If you want to get out of your timeshare, you can fill in your information and click on the “Submit” button.  One of our friendly & expert representatives will contact you very soon after to talk to you about your timeshare.

You can also see of couple of videos, testimonials, and a feature of one of our consumer advisors.  So, check it out today!

Being that this blog is about Timeshare Relief, you’d expect some good reviews and testimonials.  But, it’s nice to receive some that are glowing reviews of our service from former timeshare owners that appreciate the timeshare transfer service that Timeshare Relief provides.  So, when we received high marks from our client, Mr. Edwin Boyer, it’s a good feeling that we’ve been able to help.  We certainly appreciate the rave review from him.  Watch the video…

Interviewer:       All right, for the record, if it’s okay, what is your name?

Edwin Boyer:     My name is Edwin Boyer.  My wife’s name is Mary Lou Boyer, and we purchased a timeshare at which time we were thinking of going to Hawaii, and we never got there.  And the misrepresentation of the timeshare that we purchased and the situation of not being to able to ever use it, we wanted to get rid of it, and found you can’t sell them.  You can’t give them away.  We couldn’t get rid of it.

Interviewer:       Are you satisfied with the service that Timeshare Relief has provided?

Edwin Boyer:     Yes.  They did a very good job.  I went to a meeting over in West Palm Beach and spoke over the phone to two people involved there.  There was a leader and a girl that helped us specifically.  I don’t remember their names, but they were very polite.  The program was presented very well so people understood it.  It was almost apathetic.  They were telling us what we already found out by trying to sell it to Century 21 and trying to sell it on our own and trying to get rid of it and the fact is you can’t really get rid of it.  It’s a nuisance more than it is an asset.

Interviewer:       Did you enjoy receiving the notification of final transfer?

Edwin Boyer:     That was a party day for us.

Interviewer:       Did you try any other service – well you already told me that, but –

Edwin Boyer:     Yeah.  We only tried to sell it on our own and we tried to sell it through Century 21, and we tried to sell it through the owners at that time, which was West Gate.  And West Gate was not only not cooperative in selling it, we were current with all of our fees and charges, but they didn’t even want to hear anything.  They said, “We don’t sell them.”  So, even though they were having current meetings selling people the same property in the same timeshare area, they had no interest in us adding our property to that list to be sold.

Interviewer:       On a scale of 1-10, what is your overall satisfaction level with our service?

Edwin Boyer:     It was 10.  We had party that day.

Interviewer:     Is there anything else you would like to share about your experience with Timeshare Relief?

Edwin Boyer:   No, worked pretty good.  The only thing I would say, and it’s not Timeshare Relief’s fault, is that the people involved with the paperwork still tried to send us bills the following year.  At which point, your people got involved and took the bills away from them and got it resolved so there weren’t bills coming to us any longer.

Interviewer:       Based on your experience, would you recommend our service?

Edwin Boyer:     Absolutely.  Matter of fact, you’re the only service that I found that gets people out of them.  Anybody will offer to put them up for sale because they get to charge you 500 to put it on their website, and to do something for you — or whatever the fee may be — they get some monetary compensation immediately.  And they have no intention of ever helping you sell.

Interviewer:       All right, it sounds like you were pleased with your experience with us.

Edwin Boyer:     Yeah, I’m glad you called.  We have no problems at all.

Interviewer:       Thank you so much and have a nice day.

Edwin Boyer:     I appreciate it.  Thanks a lot.

Testimonial providers are not paid for their opinions. Timeshare Relief makes no claim that they can work with all timeshare owners as qualifications do apply; for example, Timeshare Relief can only accept timeshares that are paid in full. Clients of Timeshare Relief pay a service fee for timeshare transfer services.

After agreeing to work with Timeshare Relief, the Campbells shared a story about their experience with timeshare listing companies that represent themselves as resale companies. After being burned twice, Ms. Campbell received a call from another company promising to sell her timeshare. She definitely did not want to put any more money upfront, so she asked the caller to work on a commission only.

The telemarketer continued with the sales pitch but grew increasingly frustrated as he could not convince Ms. Campbell to agree to the service he was providing. Finally, he gives up and insults her for buying a timeshare in the first place.

Given those experiences, the Campbells went ahead and worked with Timeshare Relief to get rid of their timeshare. We’re grateful for them to having an open mind and trusting us to put their timeshare behind them. We hope it’s because of our long-standing track record of success, our people who meet with timeshare owners everyday, and our caring to provide owners the knowledge and education to make good informed decisions.
