At Timeshare Relief, we like to give credit where credit is due. We understand that it takes a tremendous team effort to help timeshare owners who want out of their timeshare contracts. While clients may speak to one of our remarkable timeshare consultants face-to-face or over the phone, there are many more staff members that work tirelessly behind the scenes making sure that the transfers go through correctly and everything is accounted for properly.

With the growth of the company, many new people have joined. It’s funny how many are impressed with the positive atmosphere and dedication to the clients fostered by their colleagues. There is a feeling of family and certainly one of teamwork.

We want to take this opportunity to say “Thank You!” to everyone at Timeshare Relief and to all the thousands of timeshare owners that trusted us enough to handle their timeshare transfer with professionalism and care.

Timeshare Relief Eye on AmericaTimeshare Relief, Inc. (TSR) recently had the distinction of being featured on the CBS series, Eye on America.  The exclusive was titled, “Innovative Timeshare Solutions”.  The television special placed the spotlight on how TSR provides effective solutions to the problems seen today with the timeshare industry.  The nationally broadcast special was part of the ongoing show series, Eye on Travel.

The exclusive highlighted a few surprising facts about timeshare industry.  For instance, there is a sizeable timeshare market: the U.S. timeshare industry sales totaled a whopping $10.6 billion in 2007.  One eye-opening fact brought up during the exclusive was that out of 4.4 million households owning one or more weekly intervals in a timeshare, two-thirds of all timeshare owners were unhappy.  The reason –  they considered their timeshares to be financial liabilities.

The show illustrated how TSR originated to fill a need to help these unhappy people.  The company provides sound advice and smart decisions to come up with a timeshare exit strategy that works.  The distressed timeshare owners could now get rid of their useless, expensive timeshare units.  TSR helps their customers get out from under the heavy burden of timeshare contracts that obligated them to burdensome annual maintenance fees, property taxes, and special assessments.

David MacMillan and Cindy Martin founded TSR after the troubles they had getting rid of their Las Vegas timeshare. They wanted to help the numerous people in the U.S. like them who desperately wanted out of timeshare contracts that had become financial burdens.

Ms. Martin told CBS that TSR was proud of their record of providing a “100% guaranteed exit strategy” to their customers. Former clients were a testament that the guarantee wasn’t just lip service – it actually allowed them to be released from their contracts and begin a life free of perpetual contracts and financial burdens.

Senior Vice President at Timeshare Relief, Marcus Gillette, Sr. also spoke about the accomplishments that TSR and its employees implemented since the company began operating in 2004.  Mr. Gillette brought attention to the relief that TSR brought to disillusioned timeshare owners. He talked about saving the owners millions of dollars in maintenance fees, property taxes and special assessments.

Mr. Gillette also spoke about how gratifying it was for everybody at TSR that worked out in the field and had the personal opportunity to help people. He felt that it was a real joy to aid them in getting out of their oppressive contracts. He said that the gratitude he got from the customers made it such a fun job for everyone at Timeshare Relief to do.
