Dear Timeshare Relief,
My husband & I have a timeshare in Gran Canaria that we would like to get rid as we are not happy with the rising maintennance every year. We tried using some resale company but at the end of the day, after paying an advertising fee they are not gonna get rid of your timeshare. They are only after your money. I have seen this website of yours and hopefully you can help us.
Yours sincerely
Mrs Imelda Miller

Hello Isabel,

The best thing to do is to call into our offices 1-866-797-0535 and speak with a personal consultant as all situations are different. Even if you were to sell your timeshare, there will be fees like closing costs, transfer fees, legal fees, etc. But, the time you waste could be worth thousands especially if another maintenance fee or special assessment hits your mailbox. The day that you sign with Timeshare Relief, the company will transfer the timeshare out of your name so that you don't have to pay another maintenance ever again! It's worth the time to see if the solution is right for you.

Regards,
Bobby

I have a timeshare that is paid off. I cannot afford the annual maitanance fees. What are the consequences of using your program? Are there fees? I have already lost over $10,000 and just want out but without fees or blemishes on my credit.

Pam,

Your situation is a common one among children of timeshare owners. With rising maintenance fees and the aging of a timeshare purchased a generation ago, children often do not want the financial burden that an inherited timeshare will bring.

Timeshare Relief has helped many clients over the years in the same situation. We'll pass along your information. If you for some reason we're not able to reach you, please go to the main site at http://www.TimeshareRelief.com and fill in the small form, OR you can call 800-588-1582 and you'll be able to speak with one of our expert personal consultants.

Timeshares have been paid off for a very long time and only required maintenance fees are being paid. My mother is too old to use and we grown children do not want anything to do with it. Can you help so that we no longer have to make maintenance payments and it will no longer be tied to my mother.

Thanks
Pam
